ANGER

Anger is viewed as "a natural and healthy response that has evolved to enable us to deal with threats".

 Most commonly, those who experience anger explain its arousal as a result of "what has happened to them" and in most cases the described provocations occur immediately before the anger experience.

The angry person usually finds the cause of his anger in an intentional, personal, and controllable aspect of another person’s behavior.

So what to do when your angry?
When your angry there are two options

1. inflict pain on yourself or….

2. inflict pain on others.

Meaning…

  • If your ANGRY and you dont want  to show it …..punch the  concrete wall…. as long as you can…..;-) so that you can release the anger in your heart…
  • If your ANGRY and you wanted to show…..punch the face of the person who cause you’re ANGER…… maybe its not a good option… but if you wanna try it… go on!!!! ;-) .. maybe after you did that you can feel some..pain too.. but at least… you never let that anger to STOCK inside your HEART.. that might cause you an HEART ATTACK!!! ;-) ..
